We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and unused.

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns that are sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Obtain Your Return Shipping Label

  • Defective Product:
    If the item is defective, we will provide a return shipping label for free. Simply download and print it.

  • Customer Remorse:
    If you’ve changed your mind or purchased the wrong item, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Return and Refund Fees for Bangladesh

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    We offer free return shipping for defective items. There will be no restocking fee, and the shipping cost will be 0.00 USD.

  • Customer Remorse:
    If you’re returning an item due to a mistake or no longer needing it, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. The restocking fee is 0.00 USD.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is processed, you can make a new purchase for the desired product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
